MISS VIETNAM HERITAGE GLOBAL 2016 REGULATIONS

1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Female citizen of Vietnam or of Vietnamese originality with foreign nationality residing, living, working worldwide;
• Between the ages of 18 and 25 (according to year of birth in Identity Card or valid Passport);
• Minimum height of 5 feet 5 inches (1,65 m), photogenic face, fit body;
• Good moral character;
• Have high school diploma;
• Have never had a plastic surgery or sex reassignment surgery;
• Have never been married, marriage registered or given birth to a child (Candidate having traditional wedding shall not be qualified, even if has not marriage registered);
• Have never had any criminal records or under criminal prosecution.

• Fill in the Application Form of the Pageant (Download with this Regulation document);
• Curriculum vitae certified by local authorities or residence where Candidate is studying or working (within 3 months prior to submission time);
• 01 copy of high school diploma, or equivalent temporary certificates (certified within 3-5 months prior to submission time);
• 03 recent photos of 18cmx13cm size, not processed by the image processing software in 03 categories: Close-up portrait, body image and swimsuit photo. Full name and physical indicators presented in the back including: Height, weight and BWH measurements;
• High quality photos attached with CD or via email: .
• Health certificate (valid for 2 – 4 months).
• 01 certified copy of ID card valid for 6 months.

  Nationwide casting: From March 9 to June 22, 2016.

  Northern region casting venue (from Hue to Northern provinces): FLC Landmark Building, Le Duc Tho St., My Dinh 2 Ward, Nam Tu Liem Dis., Hanoi.

  Southern region casting venue (from Danang to Southern provinces): Nam Huong Co., 49 Dinh Cong Trang St., Tan Dinh Ward, Dis. 1, Hochiminh City

  International casting: From May 12 to July 6, 2016.

  USA: May 12 - May 22 (in Seattle and Houston)

  Australia: July 03 - July 06 (in Sydney)

  Casting in Vietnam

  The domestic casting of Miss Vietnam Heritage Global will be held in the next 2 days in Hanoi. This is the 1st time that the competition is held, therefore all organizers are all bustle and busy with the preparation to make sure the casting would run smoothly. Don’t forget to register to have the chance to become the 1st winner of Miss Vietnam Heritage Global. The nationwide casting schedule:

  Northern region:

  • June 11: Hanoi
  • June 14: Ha Long
  • June 15: Hai Phong

  Middle region:

  • June 21: Danang
  • June 22: Hue

  Southern region:

  • June 19: Hochiminh City
  4. Southern region semi-final: July 14, 2016.

  Venue: The Adora, Dis. 7, Hochiminh City.

  5. Northern region semi-final: June 30, 2016.

  Venue: FLC Vinh Thinh Resort - Vinh Phuc

  6. Finale: July 25 - August 07, 2016.

1. PRIZES

Contestants in the Finale in July 24, 2016 will be awarded 10.000.000 VND in cash + Medal of Distinction + Employment opportunity at FLC Group.

• MISS VIETNAM GLOBAL HERITAGE 2016: 1 billion VND worth of prize (including 500.000.000 VND in cash + Crown + 01 European tour for two + Exclusively signed as brand ambassador for FLC Group in 2 years); representing Vietnam in global beauty contest.
• First runner-up: Medal of Distinction + 200.000.000 VND in cash + 01 European tour for two.
• Second runner-up: Medal of Distinction + 100.000.000 VND in cash + 01 European tour for two.

2. Sub-title awards:

Including 6 sub-title awards, 20.000.000 VND in cash each + Certificate + Sponsors’ gifts (if any):

2. Rights

• Candidate is sponsored with travel expenses, F&B, hotel stay in compliance with the general standard of the Pageant (personal consumption expenditure not included). Candidate in entitled to self-compensate for property damages and loss at the residence.
• Candidate is supported with: Contest costume, hair and make-up artists during the competition.
• Candidate is awarded with prize money (in cash or wired) at the finale.
• Candidate is awarded with Contest certificate.
• Candidates in the Finale without prizes will be award with 10.000.000 VND and Certification: Participation in the Final Round of Miss Vietnam Heritage Global 2016.
• Candidate is assured of security, safety and confidentiality during the contest.
• Candidate is entitled to appeal the contest results within 7 days, to be supported by the Pageant in case of violations, to take legal action against unsatisfactory resolutions from the Pageant.

2. Obligations

• Contestant in the Finale of Miss Vietnam Heritage Global 2016 agrees to absolutely comply with the Pageant’s management on travel, accommodation, training, extra activities to promote the contest, attract public attention to Vietnam's tourism, according to the Pageant’s criteria and goals, during the event schedule.
• Candidate winning Miss Vietnam Heritage Global, First Runner-Up, Second Runner-Up titles in the Miss Vietnam Heritage Global 2016 contest automatically contract with the Pageant within 24 months after the contest to participate in branding promotion, charity, represent Vietnam’s tourism as an ambassador... Permissions in document from the Pageant are required in case contestants would like to conduct further advertising activities.
• Contestant agrees to support others, comply with rules and regulations before, during and after the contest. Violations may result in immediate disqualification and revocation of title.
• Contestant agrees to deduce 10% of the prize money to charity, pay personal income tax, assign the Pageant to fulfill statutory tax obligations.
• Any Contestant who violates the regulations, abandon the Contest without proper excuse, does not notify the Pageant during the contest, is bound to compensate for every expense, prizes, damages (if any) and be revoked of title.
• Candidate is lawfully responsible for the authenticity of the CV submitted and registered with the Pageant.

Note:

Contestant who wins more than one prize will be awarded only the highest honor for which that Contestant qualifies.
